Joint, back and hip pain :(

Along with exercise, and the body pillow, I've been eating banana at least twice a day if not more. Banana is full of potassium. Plus the boys and I love it.

I'll make home made banana bread soon and post pictures :)

Cereal and bananas, oatmeal and bananas, peanut butter banana sandwich, banana milk shakes or even for dessert.. Make strawberry/banana shortcake :)

Fruit is my favorite thing right now. Cherries and pineapple are the #1's.
