The Beach

 

It's Friday evening and the car is pretty much packed and our week at the beach is coming to an end.  Our time here went so fast, and it seemed like it took forever to start our vacation. We will finish this day off by having a final meal at our favorite restaurant, let the kids have their last swim in the ocean, and then hold hands with the one we love, take a walk on the beach, and watch the sunset.  We will remember the quality time we spent with family, maybe starting new family traditions, and in our hearts thank Mom and Dad who took us, as a family, to the beach when we were young for the first time. When the sun rises in the morning, we will finish loading the car and then walk to the beach, step out of our flip-flops for one last walk in the water.
