Dinner..

I was going to make a broccoli, rice, chicken & cheese casserole, but considering half my home is sick from this 40/80° weather, I made a quick beef tip stew. It's simple. Broil your beef tips, bake a few whole potatoes, and carrots on the rack about 20 minutes to soften. In large pot combine diced onion, celery, water, salt, pepper and two cans cream of mushroom soup. Chop your potatoes and carrots, add those and beef tips. Cook.on med/high about 45 minutes. Serve with rice or biscuits.. Mmm.
